Quality Patient Care

As the Manchester Private Hospital, we put patient care at the heart of everything we do – whether it is before your procedure, during or after.

So if you are thinking about cosmetic surgery at the Manchester Private Hospital or you have already undergone treatment, you can rest assured knowing that you are in the best possible safe hands at all times.

Manchester Private Hospital is a clinically led state of the art cosmetic surgery clinic in the UK, located in Salford, Greater Manchester.

Being owned and operated by Doctors, we are able to put patient care, wellbeing and safety at the forefront of everything we do.

Since we have been established, our company has developed a strong reputation of high quality aftercare and high standards and we are proud to continuously live up to this reputation. Furthermore, it is one of the core reasons why many patients in the UK choose the Manchester Private Hospital for their cosmetic surgery procedures.

Along with striving to meet patient expectations, our consultant and care team ensures you have a safe and positive experience every step of your journey.

Aftercare Planning

Before you undergo surgery at the Manchester Private Hospital, your cosmetic surgeon will inform you of the surgery process and all the details you need to know about aftercare and recovery, including:

  • When you can return to work
  • When you can drive
  • How long you will stay in hospital
  • When you can resume exercise
  • What support clothing is needed
  • How to manage pain or discomfort
  • When you can shower or bathe
  • And more

We also encourage patients to write down as many questions as they wish to ask during a cosmetic surgery consultation or discussion with care nurse.

You will also be informed of any advice and guidance you need to follow prior to your procedure.

After Surgery

Before you are discharged from hospital following your cosmetic procedure, your care nurse will provide you with a post-operative leaflet that contains guidance and FAQ that most patients ask.

You will also be provided with an emergency telephone number, which is available 24 hours a day should you need it.

A check-up appointment will also be booked so that you know when to return to hospital for post-surgery assessment.

It is important that all patients follow post-operative guidance and ask any questions on things they are unsure of. Remember – there are no silly questions and we encourage all patients to ask as many as they need.

Revision Surgery

At the Manchester Private Hospital, we strive to produce results that meet all pre-surgery expectations.

For patients who are unhappy or dissatisfied with the surgery outcome, we invite them to come back to our hospital and meet with their surgeon.

Both patient and surgeon will then discuss whether the result matches what was agreed. If it does not, patients are provided with revision surgery free of charge.

If the patient and surgeon do not agree that revision surgery is needed, the option may be available for a second opinion. Following another surgeon’s opinion, the medical director and surgeon will decide whether free-of-charge revision surgery will be provided.
