I am a registered nurse with experience in pre and post operative care across various settings in the NHS and private sector. I have worked in healthcare since I was 17 years old and have learnt a lot through my journey from being a healthcare assistant to my current role as a clinical lead.

I am committed to fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. My leadership style is rooted in empathy, innovation, and evidence-based decision-making, ensuring that our team consistently delivers high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, spending time with my family and walking my dogs.
