Step – 2: They complete the form before or during their consultation booking
Step – 3: They enter your name and contact details in the referral section
Step – 4: Once your referral goes ahead with a qualifying procedure, you become eligible for a reward.
Step – 5: Your reward is issued once your referral has completed treatment and any applicable cooling-off period.
